Ketchikan Tribal Business Corporation (KTBC) has acquired a majority stake in Bull Bear Defense Solutions.
Our vision
- Leverage our combined resources, expertise, and market presence to expand the KTBC and Bull Bear portfolio with federal civilian and defense agencies and in commercial market sectors.
- Seek certification in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Business Development program as a tribally-owned entity.
- Provide our expanding key support services and programs for our existing customers in Alaska and throughout the US.
One mission
Together, KTBC and Bull Bear look forward to providing as an industry leader protecting critical systems, resources and data as well as traditions, customs, and the heritage of our ancestors in the Alaska Native and American Indian communities.

Bull Bear Defense Solutions
Beavercreek, Ohio — Founded July 2020 by Jessica McKinley, a descendant of the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma and Arapaho tribes. BBDS is based out of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB) community in Dayton, Ohio, and is a dedicated force in IT, cloud, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) modernization. Our commitment is clear: to deliver agile, efficient solutions tailored for legacy IT and cloud systems, catering to federal, defense, and commercial sectors.
