Who we are

Family company

Bull Bear is a subsidiary of the Ketchikan Tribal Business Corporation (KTBC), wholly owned by the Ketchikan Indian Community (KIC) in Southeast Alaska. KIC is comprised of Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian clans.

Our founder and Manager, Jessica McKinley, is a proud tribal member of the Caddo Nation of Oklahoma and the great-great-granddaughter of Chief Jock Bull Bear of the Arapaho Tribe.
